Front Row Seats
For most theatres, the first row of seats in the auditorium is considered a form of ‘restricted view’. This is because a musical or play has been directed and designed to been seen from a slight distance – the whole stage frame, rather than section of it. However, if you don’t mind looking up at the actors, then it can actually be a more exciting and thrilling theatrical experience. Being that up-close to the actors/dancers/singers is something everyone should experience.
The bonus here is that front-row seats are far cheaper than the ones a few rows back. For example, a premium seat four rows back might set you back £65, while a front-row seat can be as little as £35! The general advice here is to always ask what the seat is like and shop around for the best deal.
